Parent portal
At Paxton Public School we use the apps School Bytes and Class Dojo to make communication and admin easier for families. These tools help you:
- make payments quickly and securely
- view academic reports
- stay up to date with school events
- give consent for excursions
- record absences and request leave
- message the office.

School Bytes
For making payments, viewing financial records and giving parental consent for school events.
Log-in to the Parent Portal website or:
- Download School Bytes on the Apple Store
- Download School Bytes on Google Play
Class Dojo
For communicating with the school, parents and family members can use the message function in the Class Dojo App. The message will be passed to the relevant staff member, and contact will be made as needed.
Teachers share important announcements and lovely real-time photos on their class stories to ensure strong home to school connections. Student portfolios are used by teachers to share work, and this function can also be used by families to upload homework, photos or exciting information you would like the teacher to see. All teachers, administration and executive staff access Class Dojo daily and teaching staff use the point system for class rewards. We encourage all families to access the free version.

Parents will be invited to join upon enrolment, and a class code can be requested for additional family members.
